Sealed-bid auction on Vela
A seller offers a block of the stack's token for ETH. Bidders send their bids encrypted to the enclave; nobody sees a bid before the close; the matching runs inside; winners and losers are settled from escrow, and the losing bids are never revealed. This console plays every side on a devnet: the seller's desk here, and a desk per bidder it sets up. Every action is one request to the enclave (30 to 60 s).
